On all product-prepaid installs, the tech will deliver equipment on date of install. All custom work will be surveyed to catch any extra charges that may apply during install. Installs consist of basic wall fishing, mount mounted on wall, cable wall jacks or cover plate install, mounting of TV and hook-up to 3 existing basic sources. This does not include mounting of speakers on wall. Speaker installation cost extra. Techs have a 2 hr window to arrive after time specified for install. A 30-minute education is included on delivered equipment. Any existing equipment, education may require additional charges. Accessories that were missed are available for purchase on techs truck.
If consumer doesn’t purchase install, then merchandise will be shipped with-in 4 to 7 business days.
Cancellations of installs must be done 24 hours prior. If cancellations are not made accordingly and tech arrives, you may be subject to a $35.00 trip charge.
If for any reason the installation can’t be done due to buildings structural or obstacles problems, then you will be refunded in the same way the merchandise and or install was purchased
All products are warranted under manufactures warranty. Any defective equipment will be replaced at no additional cost subject to manufacturers requirements.
All labor is warranted up to 1 year with our ongoing support.
All sales are automatically taxed 5%.
Shipping
Simply email us within 48 hrs of receiving equipment and if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be more than happy to accommodate satisfaction on your part. If the box is opened you are already subject to a 20% restocking fee. Just make sure that all items that came with the product are placed back in the box appropriately. Make sure that you hold on to all packaging until you are fully satisfied within and have it returned on your cost by 14 days of receiving merchandise. To receive the required refund, you must have an authorization code. You will be reimbursed the same as you purchased the product and the refund may take up to 30 days for inspection purposes.
Electronic accessories are non-refundable like audio/video cables, mounts, coaxial cable and ect…
Installation charges and delivery are non-refundable after work performed.
You will not be refunded if product is misused, accessories taken out, damaged from wrongful environment placement, product swapping or anything related and you will be charged accordingly. No exchanges of purchases.
We are not responsible for damaged product due to shipping. Customer is responsible for insurance that is if it is requested. Shipping insurance can be purchased for an additional $25.00 fee and if product looks damaged upon arrival DO NOT ACCECT. Notify us immediately and we will take care of this accordingly.
